Meet Shannon Edmondson

Shannon has shaped a lifetime of experience in business and education, along with her love of writing, into that of an Educational Consultant, a professional adult trainer, and curriculum writer. 


Career highlights

  • Certified as a National Trainer for The Center for Teacher Effectiveness

  • Project Coordinator and HR administrator for an international photographic accessory company, LumiQuest

  • Founder of a line of herbal medicine bath products, Infinity BathTea

  • Graduated Summa cum Laude from the University of Southwestern Louisiana for two degrees

  • Former President of the Vermilion Honor Society, secretary for Delta Kappa Pi, vice-president of the Student Council for Exceptional Children, and the recipient of the SCEC student of the year award

  • Served as graduate assistant working on a grant to establish, train, and implement a computerized educational program

  • Helped pilot the first computerized Individual Education Plan program in the county as a trainer, and assisted in applying for grants for computers in the classroom

  • Received her Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction and later taught English at St. Thomas More High School

  • Employed Differentiated Instruction as an ongoing standard in all of her classes, creating self-administered rubrics and group rubrics to achieve their goals
