Owner/Founder

Candace Schrag

Director of Operations

With a passionate focus on discovery and development Candace brings over 10 years’ experience as an accomplished trainer with a strong executive leadership and team building background to the Landry Training team. Her extensive work in nonprofit management, specifically board and staff development has guided her to pursue her passion of helping other professionals and teams unlock their potential.

Laura Tolleson

Workforce Development Consultant

With over 20 years of experience in organizational design, operations, and leadership development, Laura brings a strategic and practical perspective to the Landry Training team. Her background spans operations, HR, and performance management, equipping her to help organizations align people, process, and strategy for sustainable growth.

Laura is passionate about helping leaders build clarity and structure within their teams. She believes payroll is one of the most significant investments on any organization’s P&L — and when leaders intentionally invest in developing their people, the return is measurable. Through workshops, mentor programs, coaching, and professional development initiatives, she partners with organizations to strengthen leadership capability and team performance.
